Delivery Information

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment of the purchase. Products purchased on www.collectablecoins.co.za will also only be delivered to the customer provided that the correct delivery address is provided and the banks have authorised the transaction holder as safe and reliable.

Delivery

  • Please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided, incorrect addresses or delivery details will remain your responsibility if goods are not received.
  • Orders will be processed within and receipt of payment. Thereafter goods will be dispatched and delivered within 7 working days for main city centres and within 10 working days for outlying areas.days once payment has been reflected in our banking accounts.
  • Goods will be delivered directly to the customer and delivery date will be as per discussion with customer once the transaction is authorized and deemed reliable. No deliveries will be done until the order has been processed and paid in full.

 

Main Centres

Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, Pietermaritzburg, Nelspruit, Polokwane and Kimberley can expect delivery within 7 working days from processing order and receipt of payment.

Outlying Areas

Expect delivery within 10 working days from receipt of payment.
Note: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.

 

Delivery Options

  • Courier Service: Parcel is dispatched via a reputable courier to the specified address.
  • Post: Parcels will be delivered via Postnet. This method is not insured and SA Coin Investments ( Collectable Coins) will not be held liable for any losses or damages.

Delivery periods depend on various factors such as location and may be influenced by weekends and public holidays. While we will endeavour to ship as fast as possible, any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond the control of Collectable Coins due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, internet services, GSM network connectivity, power, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, or other labour disputes, flood, fire, drought or legislation.

 

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that your package is on its way. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

 

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place, every attempt will be made to contact you, the customer, to make arrangements for re-shipment. (There will be an double Charge for re-shipment )
